Help save Independence Beach, Kuisebmond from Development!
Independence Beach, Kuisebmond is situated on Erf 4745 Walvis Bay, Extension 5 and currently zoned Single Residential. The erf is under pressure from further housing or urban development which means open space essential to the Kuisebmond community might be lost!
The Joint Walvis Bay Residents Association (JWBRA) is proposing that this erf should not be allocated for further urban development and should rather be rezoned to Public Open Space and be developed/landscaped as a neighbourhood park that serves the greater community.
Council will not give up that much land without a strong show from the community!
